We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

My tracking hasn't updated. Is that normal?

Yes. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after your order has been shipped. This is completely normal while your parcel is being processed by the carrier.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

My order arrived damaged or incomplete. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

My package says delivered, but I haven't received it.

We recommend checking with household members, neighbours, your building reception, or your local delivery carrier first. If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you.
